MY BREAST CANCER was first diagnosed in 1982. Then, I received a diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer in 1995 and, in 1996, was told I had cancer of the left lung and chest wall. In 1996, I had cancer in my right breast, with recurrences in 1998, 1999, and 2000. I now have breast cancer on the chest wall. God was and still is with me every step I take on this journey with cancer. When I had cancer in my lung, He healed me because, when they did the surgery, there was no evidence of cancer in my lung. Same with the chest wall. God wanted me here for a purpose, and if it is [contributing to] this book or being an example to how to live with cancer, then I will do it.
